DDC Architecture + Interior Design were commissioned for the design and construction documentation of the adaptive re-use of an existing industrial warehouse into a four-storey mixed-use development comprising auditorium, 300 seat dining hall, commercial kitchen, administrative office for sixty staff, executive offices, training rooms, six staff accommodation apartments and three guest accommodation suites.
Youth with A Mission (YWAM) Perth, is part of an International organization and provides interdenominational ministry and field-focused training with a primary focus on youth and cities.
DDC Architecture + Interior Design were commissioned to design and document alterations and additions to St Joseph’s Primary School Jerilderie, NSW as part of the Building Education Revolution program.
The project involved the construction of two new learning spaces for 30 children, new school entry and associated verandas and the refurbishment of existing school buildings as a new library, learning space 1, staff offices, multipurpose rooms and amenities within the existing building envelopes.
ST. JOSEPH'S PRIMARY SCHOOL
As the first part of a multi-stage development process, DDC Architecture + Interior Design were engaged to prepare Application and Construction documentation for a 400 seat auditorium, classrooms, commercial kitchen, crèche, training rooms and youth hall for the EV Church in Erina.
The second stage involved preparation of the Application and Construction documentation for a larger building including 1000 seat auditorium, café, amenities, covered external gathering spaces and administration facilities.
DDC Architecture + Interior Design worked closely with the Church representative and committees to revise and amend the original design.
DDC Architecture + Interior Design were commissioned to design and document the expansion of Carlingford Anglican Church.
The project involved creating a new auditorium and expanding the building to accommodate a new foyer, second auditorium, outdoor area and toilet facilities.
